money branch is a free open resource for all children to young adults in hopes of them gaining information that can greatly benefit their course of life and future as well
MISSION STATEMENT: Our mission is to empower young minds with essential financial skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of today's world. through interactive and engaging resources, we aim to instill a lifelong foundation of finacncial literacy, teaching kids and teens the importance of budgeting, saving and investing and responsible money mangement. we believe that by equpping the next generation with the tools they need to make informed financial decisions, we can inspire confidence, independance and prosperity for a brighter future.

FOUNDER STATEMENT: "Hello my name is Sarah and i am the founder of Money Branch. when i started taking a look at student loans and thinking about accommadoation and saving my money for university, i felt so overwhelmed alongside many other students in my position and i have seen many others make mistakes on over spending and not having any disipline over budgeting simply because it's never been something they learnt or had to learn up until this transitioning point in our lives. Back in high-school my friends and i often complained that school was not teaching us the "real things" like what bills and taxes are and how are we going to live financially independant? I mean, would i seriously need to know Pythagoras theorem in my twenties if i wanted to have a career in journalism? Not really. But even though we complained, it's not as if we activley pursued ways of finding this knowledege and when we did it seemed as if there was a bunch of gibberish on our screens which just further unmotivated us. Which is why, starting with this platform, my end-goal is to change the uk's education system and implement finacial literacy into our curriculum from an early age so when it comes to money, we have much more confidence and ease in managing it.
